Start from a building type or common design
Building type
One long building split into rental units: each unit gets its own overhead door, an optional walk door, and a partition wall between units. You can still move or resize any door afterward.
Common designs
Pick one to start, then change anything. Undo takes you back.
Roof style & size
Roof only: a gable roof on columns with open sides, no walls or doors.
Building size
Concealed-fastener standing seam roof. It adds to the price; see the Standing seam line in the estimate.

Colors
3' up to half your eave height.
Mountain State Construction does not provide or install stone or brick wainscot. Stone, brick or other material must be provided and installed by others.
Sherwin-Williams WeatherXL (SMP) and Fluropon (PVDF) colors, plus specialty wood-look, copper and weathering-steel panels. Trim and gutters come in standard colors or Copper Penny. Screen colors are close but not exact; confirm with a physical chip.
Lean-tos
On a sidewall a lean-to can tie in at the eave, or sit at least 2' below it. On an endwall it always sits at least 2' below the eave.
Doors & windows
Roof-only buildings have open sides, so there are no doors or windows to add.
Overhangs
Extends the roof past the wall, 1' to 8'. Sidewall overhangs extend the eave; endwall overhangs extend the gable.
Inset bays
An inset bay moves a whole endwall in under the main roof, making a covered end porch the full width of the building. Enclosed keeps the sidewalls running to the end; open leaves the bay's sides open.
Vehicles
Real-world average sizes. Drag a vehicle in the 3D view to move it, inside or outside; it won't go through a wall. Not included in the price.
Cupolas
